Since I already covered the phylogenetic tree for Nepenthes, I went a little further and found a neat distribution chart online for Nepenthes altitudes, with a breakdown into ultra lowland, lowland, intermediate, highland, and ultra highland categories. I find it a great guide when acquiring plants, so I know whether to place them in my 29 gallon terrarium (lowland), or whether to try to harden them off into houseplants (highland).
